  • Many people join as Hobby Demonstrators – just for the fun of it and to belong to a community of fellow crafters.  Some join to start their own business. Stampin' Up! welcomes both to the family – many joined just for the discount and have ended up turning it into a business (that’s what happened to me).

Butterfly Basics

I love creating handmade gifts for others. This project was so much fun to make, and the ladies from my stamp class enjoyed it as well. It is a box to hold a set of cards and envelopes, but looks like a book. I am going to make a few more this week in assembly line style to have them ready to go as gifts whenever I need them.

Cardstock: Basic Black, Whisper White, Tangerine Tango, Melon Mambo
Ink: Memento Tuxedo Black, Mossy Meadow, Pear Pizzaz, Melon Mambo, So Saffron
Stamps: Sophisticated Serifs, Butterfly Basics
Dies: Butterfly Basics Thinlits, Hello You Thinlits

Paper Pumpkin Alternates 2&3

These are the second and third alternate projects I created using the February Paper Pumpkin kit. The colors in the first set were inspired from the flower on the box. I actually had the flower lying around, so I decided to get it off my desk, I need to do this.

Cardstock: February Paper Pumpkin Kit, 2013-2014 Designer Series Paper Stack
Ink: Strawberry Slush and Blushing Bride

The colors in the second set were inspired by the Designer Series Paper Birthday Bash.

Cardstock: February Paper Pumpkin Kit, Birthday Bash Designer Series Paper
Ink: Bermuda Bay, Hello Honey, Tangelo Twist
